Any data not explicitly marked optional is required to provide the corresponding service (e.g. without an email address, the newsletter signup or call booking cannot work).
If you subscribe via the form on this Site, your email address and name are added to a mailing list managed
through GetResponse (GetResponse sp. z o.o.), so that we can send you emails related to this
Site's content, including occasional commercial or promotional messages. GetResponse also provides basic
analytics about how subscribers interact with these emails (e.g. opens/clicks).

If you book a call through the Calendly widget, your email address, name, and phone number (if provided)
are processed by Calendly, LLC to organize the meeting.

The animated visual on the homepage is served by Spline (Spline Design) from its content
delivery network. Loading this visual may involve your browser exchanging basic technical/usage data (such
as your IP address) with Spline's servers, in the same way as loading any externally hosted resource. Spline
is not used by us for advertising or analytics purposes.
