1Why this challenge

I'm starting an Instagram account from zero. The goal is 1,000 followers in 90 days. I'm doing it alongside other work, with AI agents and automation handling the repetitive parts. This page is the logbook.

When the challenge ends, the path becomes a playbook, and the playbook becomes a system anyone can reuse.

2The rules

  1. Start from zero. No existing audience, no shortcuts.
  2. Log every action, with the time it took.
  3. Let AI agents do the repetitive work, and say what they did.
  4. Publish the numbers, good or bad.
  5. At the end, turn what worked into a playbook and an agent.
